To ensure your topiary stays looking at its best in these settings, the buxus balls are UV stable which means they have been protected against discolouring or fading. Many cheaper versions on the market are not UV protected which causes them to fade to a pale blue/green colour.

Delivery & Dispatch
Orders placed Monday - Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours (weekend will be next working day) providing they are not fully potted or handbuilt trees, these may take up to 5 working days before dispatch. Your goods will be delivered using either Royal Mail 1st class or 24 hour courier depending on size and weight of parcel. If you have a deadline either call or make a note on your order. We will e mail you on the day of dispatch so you know your parcel is on its way to you.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your product or your product is faulty or damaged, you can return the goods to us for a refund. Please see terms & conditions for more information. If your item is made to your own specifications and sizes it is classed as a bespoke non standard item.
